You will need:
- 2tbs liquid oil (sunflower, avocado, melted coconut etc)
- 2tbs milk of choice (almond, soy, oat, dairy etc)

How to bake:
- Preheat fan forced oven to 170°C.
- Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
- Empty mix into a medium bowl, add coconut oil and milk of choice.
- Mix until very well combined and a cookie dough texture forms.
- Roll level tablespoons of cookie mix into balls and place on a baking tray 5cm apart. Flatten cookie dough balls with palm of hand.
- Bake for approximately 16-18 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove the tray from the oven and transfer baking paper with cookies onto a wire rack immediately to cool completely.
Ingredients: Natural almond meal, sorghum flour, coconut sugar, dried cranberries (16%) (dried cranberries, apple juice concentrate, sunflower oil), coconut flakes (4%) aluminium free baking powder.
